Job Description

Context: The incumbent is responsible for ideation and scripting promos effectively, and for producing both edited and shooting promos adhering to quality and norms. Key Responsibilities:

• 
  The incumbent should be able to independently create campaigns across various properties.
• Conceptualize & create promos as per guidelines with 100% accuracy for Fiction & Non-Fiction Shows.
• Edit promos / shooting promos/ fulfilling sales or marketing commitments.
• Ensure consistent high quality creative and production within approved budgets, wherever required.
• Participate in production process closely.
• Maintain healthy relationships with internal network team & line producers.
• To lead Graphics team.
• To ensure professional development and readiness to move to the next level of responsibility.

Performance Measures:

• 
  Examination of Promos produced \xe2\x80\x93 both edited and shooting promos.
• Opening week TRP in case of launch promos, and feedback from respective

departments.

• Adhering to approved budgets.
• Self-development and readiness to be promoted to the next level.

Qualifications:

• Preferably Mass Communication / Film Studies / Advertising Graduate with 10-15 years of TV Programming / Film/Ad Direction / Scripting experience.
• Proven expertise and track record in content ideation and execution.
• Good sense of graphic / visual design.
• Excellent Problem solving & decision-making skills.

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent oral communication and written communication in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability

to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as out
side clients and vendors.

• Adaptable and flexible to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Should be a team player and have leadership qualities to lead projects. Must have solid communication skills to collaborate with other departments as well.
