The Associate Director for Legal Entity (LE) BMS BSI is responsible for ensuring the policies and procedures related to the legal entities of a company\'s GCC operations are compliant with Indian legislation and for co-ordinate the monthly and quarterly compliance checks and reporting. This position will coordinate and interact heavily with all department heads from Finance, HR, Workspace services, corporate security, Transport, Technology, Business Continuity, GIS to ensure that policies and procedures are consistently aligned and comply with local legislation. This senior level position will plan, track and report progress and proactively identify and resolve issues collaborating with senior leaders across for the Hyderabad site.

The job description may include the following responsibilities:

Advise on or develop and implement policies and procedures: The Legal Entity Policy and Procedures Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Local policies and procedures related to the legal entities of the company\'s GCC operations.

Manage policy and procedure documentation: The Legal Entity Policy and Procedures Manager is responsible for managing all documentation related to the policies and procedures of the company\'s GCC legal entities.

Liaise with internal stakeholders: The Legal Entity Policy and Procedures Manager must work closely with internal stakeholders (ie: Finance, HR, Workspace services, Corporate security, Transport, Technology, Business Continuity, GIS) including legal, compliance, and risk management teams, to ensure that policies and procedures are compliant with local legislation.

Monitor policy and procedure effectiveness: The Legal Entity Policy and Procedures Manager must monitor the effectiveness of policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Ensure compliance with internal policies: The Legal Entity Policy and Procedures Manager must ensure that the policies and procedures related to the company\'s GCC legal entities are in compliance with the company\'s internal policies and procedures.

Manage policy and procedure changes: The Legal Entity Policy and Procedures Manager must manage changes to policies and procedures related to the company\'s GCC legal entities, including updating documentation and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.

Manage policy and procedure governance: The Legal Entity Policy and Procedures Manager may be responsible for managing the governance of the policies and procedures related to the company\'s GCC legal entities, including the establishment of policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with the same.

Ensure appropriate training and education is provided to management and employees to ensure adherence to local laws.

Manage policy and procedure risk: The Legal Entity Policy and Procedures Manager may be responsible for identifying and managing policy and procedure risks related to the company\'s GCC legal entities, including the development of risk management strategies and the implementation of risk mitigation measures.

Required Skill and Experience Set \xe2\x80\x93 Technical, Business, and Strategy:

At least 15 \xe2\x80\x93 20+ years of demonstrated and successful experience in operational and cross-functional roles which should include success with business partnering at the highest levels.

Demonstrated and successful experience in developing strategies and driving action (ensuring execution) without formal lines of reporting (leading through others with influence and impact).

Demonstrated ability to managing multiple complex and interdependent integration workstreams while navigating uncertainty.

Superior influencing skills: ability to engage with and influence cross-functionally within the Company but also with executives in acquired companies to drive integration planning and execution.

Ability to shape, frame and effectively present integration strategies as well as risks and opportunities associated with different potential approaches to integration decisions

Ability to draw out key drivers of value and provide insights, leadership and influence to optimize delivery on integration goals.

Ability to partner and influence at the most senior levels of the company, including across Global Leadership Team.

Strong risk management and analytical skills including demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional integration activities, balancing multiple priorities.

Strong matrix leadership & collaboration skills with demonstrated ability and extensive experience in working effectively with partners internally and externally.

Impeccable communication skills at various levels of the company through oral, written and slide formats \xe2\x80\x93 can make the complex seem clear and compelling \xe2\x80\x93 able to articulate the vision, strategy, approach as well as risks and opportunities.

Education and Credentials:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required; master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred in relevant field
