Profile: Sales Associates - IT Direct SalesExperience Required : Minimum 3-5 yrs. Minimum Qualification: - Bachelor's - Computer Science Master's - MBALocation : Chennai- Generating 5-10 direct customer meetings and workshops (2nd meetings) per month through different sources- Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets- Working with internal teams to drive lead generation and awareness- Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system- Understand client requirements and product capabilities, and create proposals Requirements- 7+ years- of sales experience, of which 3-5 years involved in software product sale for enterprises- Functional understanding of warehouse or manufacturing operations.- Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and creating new business- Experience selling to companies with over 10,000 employees- Excellent communication skills - you know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.- Ability to travel 50% of the timeIdeal Candidate: To be successful in the role you have to be sales-driven and a fast moving person with a strong customer focus.
