How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
This Product Analyst will be responsible for defining features and user stories, articulating use cases, and defining the e2e customer experience for the Servicing Portals (GSP, ISP) and will work closely with other Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX Designers, Business Rules developers, RTE among other colleagues.
