We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Associate with 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance platforms. The ideal candidate is data-obsessed, detail-oriented, and ready to take full ownership of high-impact campaigns that drive measurable business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and additional performance channels.- Track and analyze key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR), delivering actionable insights and regular performance reports.- Develop and test audience segments, creative assets, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency.- Run A/B and multivariate tests across ad formats, messaging, and user journeys to improve performance.- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.What We're Looking For:- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.- Deep understanding of paid media KPIs, digital marketing funnels, and attribution models.- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution tools.- Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills.- Creative and collaborative thinker, comfortable working closely with content, design, and strategy teams.
