Job Description


:

Amenity Services Digital - Business Analyst
Review, analyze and evaluate Amenity Services digital business systems and related User Requirements. Develop user journeys and experiences for digital products within Amenity Services domain. Define Use Cases for Booking and Hospitality Platform, Food Services, mobile service products. Analysis of current platforms and systems to benchmark operations and performance baseline to define future user requirements. Interface with digital products user communities, focus groups, development teams and others to document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems overall business strategies.
Also provide integrated change, testing and implementation support for SaaS Booking and Hospitality Platform and other digital products. Collaborate with Platform SMEs, project managers, technologist and UAT teams to define, design and develop product and quality assurance methods.
Responsibilities:

  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
  • Recommend controls by identifying issues / blockers and writing improved procedures
  • Monitor and participate project progress activities by tracking and resolving
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing info and trends
  • Validate technology resource requirements and develop cost estimate models
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning
  • Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
  • Perform market research and studies for new and evolving digital products planned for onboarding to the Amenity Services domain
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • Review a business operations digital resources and assets, to optimize purchasing, inventory management, distribution and facilities
  • Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting services and data collection resources with relevant business systems
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
  • Provide required support in developing and maintaining process, solution, and business requirement docs, checklists, and other organizational process assets
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years\' experience managing/configuring Event Planning, Hospitality, or Customer Service platforms
  • Familiar with Use Case development, workflow design and process engineering
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Business Analyst top skills & SW proficiencies:
  • Agile Scrum methodology
  • Familiar with relational database concepts and client-server concepts
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, MS Teams, Jira, Figma
  • Microsoft Access and/or SQL
