Position Overview: Workplace Solutions is seeking an Associate Desktop IT Support to join the Client Computing team at Bangalore, India to support Enterprise Desktop Order Fulfillment. As a member of the product delivery team, you will work with teammates and vendors to fulfill end user service requests, maintain computing and computer accessories lifecycle, and manage the order request system, and ensure customer requests meet strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be detail oriented. Position Responsibilities: Monitor service request queue to ensure requests are assigned and worked to completion. Submit computing hardware orders as needed, including invoicing. Develop relationships with Business Success Leader (BSL) and vendors, acting as a liaison to ensure understanding between the teams. Collaborate with BSL to understand business processes, goals, and challenges to document, and prioritize their desktop computing needs. Facilitate effective communication between BSL and vendors, manage expectations, and ensure alignment of business goals to technical solutions. Assist in resolving help needed requests, processing changes requests, bug reporting and other related items Identify and resolve issues with requests and help to drive alternative customer solutions. Assist in the evaluation of non-standard software and hardware requests against business strategies, processes and policies for disposition BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor\'s degree or higher 2+ years of experience working in customer service. 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow or similar platform. 1+ years of experience working with suppliers or vendors. 1+ years of experience processing invoices. Ability to proactively develop relationships with individuals at all levels, internally and externally Experience analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical documentation Basic understanding of computing architecture Knowledge of software development lifecycle Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles ITIL certification Bachelor\'s degree or higher Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years\' related work experience,5 years\' related work experience, etc.).
