We're seeking a future team member for the role of Data Management and Quantitative Analysis - IC2 to join our team. This role is located in Chennai or Pune. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Work with internal and external datasets and client reference data to provide analysis in the development of statistical, financial, and/or econometric models for analyzing asset performance, securities data, derivative pricing, risk exposure, or other sophisticated concepts. Provide analytical support and prepare drafts of standard and ad hoc reports for assigned areas. Support assigned areas with basic statistical and quantitative analyses and occasionally perform more advanced analyses. Perform or oversee data management activities in support of more senior quantitative colleagues, including running models, identifying exceptions, and taking corrective action. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree in quantitative analysis preferred. 2-3 years of experience preferred. Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred. Knowledge of technology tools such as SQL, querying, and macro development to extract data for populating models. Understanding of processes and products to determine which analyses, methodologies, and approaches best support assessment of performance, risk, or valuation.
