Position Overview:

Boeing India Supply Chain team is currently looking for Associate Data Analyst - Supply Base Engagement to join their team in Bangalore, India. Data Analysts to take care of analysis of supply chain data to enable supply chain leadership to take right decisions.

Position Responsibilities:
Supplier Engagement business processes, compliance, data, and tools, Supplier Relations Manager and Advocacy

Support supplier engagement business processes that support Supply Chain objectives. Including but not limed to business process objectives, requirements, integration points and process design.

Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to implement, refine, and educate process users. Leads the innovation of process standards, guidelines and tools. Manage processes and tools that provide visibility, integration, and execution to plan.

Act as process owner and data steward for Executive Supplier Contacts

Critical foundational element of the supplier profile/key contacts for the Boeing Company

Contact data used for supplier communications, F2F and virtual engagements

Coordinate with other business unit focal to sustain and update key contact data

Maintain and update database

Lead process improvement team for supplier contacts.

Pull reports from Master Data Governance (MDG) database to support business needs

2CES testing as required when system changes take place/system updates

Support and coordinate stakeholder requests for supplier information
Support program specific requests (advocacy, communication, business unit, BCA Premier Bidder Program)

Coordination with data stewards to gather supplier information for MDG

Supplier engagements support processes and tools
Registration focal for supplier Certain Database

Qualtrics Survey tool: Manage supplier feedback and survey, analyze the data and propose actions for improvement of supplier relationship.

System knowledge of ERP like Ariba/ SAP etc

Supply Chain Management and Procurement

Understanding of Aviation products and processes

Excellent Communication

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 or more years of related work experience

Data Analysis Management experience

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 4 years' related work experience.
