  • Focus on providing personalized support to a designated client base, order entry, manages all fulfillment to clients, supports and collaborates with sales representative;
  • Assistance to other IDC groups/departments with all client opportunities/questions/issues
  • Primary customer service contact for client base, manage all incoming questions/issues, assess situation, provide resolution.
  • Coordinate training of new customer utilization of idc.com; ensure overall customer satisfaction, research delivery and usage, and overall value derived from IDC.
  • Resolution of billing and invoicing issues
  • Confirmation of bookings with Finance to reconcile numbers monthly.
  • Work with Regional Account Managers to insure maximum revenue generation per major account.
  • Assist sales in mapping IDC products to customer base and creating account strategy.
  • Facilitate the penetration and build relationships within all client sites.
Qualifications:

  • Must have min. 2 years or more Sales Support or Customer Service experience.
  • Fluent in verbal and written in English.
  • Excellent data analysis via excel file/pivot table.
  • Excellent time management skill.
  • Proficient in the use of computer and CRM tools and services, especially Salesforce.com
  • Highly Organized.
  • Results-Driven.
