  • Receive, review and complete selected Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Order modifications in the various Aerospace ERP systems by following the processes defined and tools provided
  • Be responsible for processing PO's for OEMs and Distributors.
  • Expedite orders to prevent customer AOG (Aircraft on Ground) request or machine downtime. Prioritize the orders and shipments in a timely manner.
  • Provide product information or leverages internal resources to fulfill requests
  • Update the Sales Orders to reflect all the correct information as compared to the Purchase Order
  • Prove to be highly accurate, reliable and timely on activities delegated by the Sites
  • Maintain accurate and organized order files, order acknowledgments.
  • Proactively communicate in a timely manner with external customers about order verification, order status, pricing and shipment status. Communicate in a timely manner with operations to verify lead times, schedule customer orders according to their delivery needs and communicate special handling requests
  • Promote customer satisfaction and achieve cycle time reduction through team-based problem solving.
  • Foster an environment which promotes Eaton's goals and philosophy, encourage continuous improvement and builds stakeholder relationships.
  • Work closely with SME on taking adhoc projects for the process
Qualifications
  • Education level required: Bachelor's
  • Years and area of experience required: Minimum 5 years' experience in Customer Service
  • Technical knowledge:
  • Data entry skills, including proof reading
  • Knowledge of ERP (Oracle), order management (including MFG/PRO & Pharos) software programs
  • Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Solid understanding of markets (customers, end customers and competitors) and how our products service those markets
