Invoice disputes with Customers should be completed within 3 days
Key account management for major client
Focus on improvement from Clear Order entry timelines across processes.
Responsible for handling Reliance customer. Processing orders, creating Advance shipment notification on portal once packing list received from manufacturing site.
Follow up for ASN approval. Thus, amending same as per customer requirement.
Once approve coordinating with Singapore team to release shipment & Sending final invoice to customer after shipment.
