For more information, visit: www.bharatcares.org Job Position Associate - CSR Location Bhubaneshwar, Ahmedabad and Pune Roles & Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in decoding a potential client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements for social impact and being able to translate that into a concept showcasing structured thinking and solution process \xe2\x97\x8f Help in solving simple problems or parts of complex problems by having an understanding of the basic problem-solving framework \xe2\x97\x8f Conducting research as required to arrive at the insights needed to solve the problem or to spot potential opportunities for social impact \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in translating concepts into proposals for client-centric project needs \xe2\x97\x8f Explore partnerships and collaborations with like-minded organisations, research institutions and tech-driven enterprises \xe2\x97\x8f Go beyond own deliverables to support others in the team including the business development team or the other verticals wherever required \xe2\x97\x8f Work smoothly with peers and managers and is able to receive constructive feedback well \xe2\x97\x8f Keep an eye on the evolving CSR ecosystem and spot opportunities for collaborations and new lead generation \xe2\x97\x8f Work with the top and mid-level leadership in building industry association partnerships \xe2\x97\x8f Advocating, mobilizing and working with multiple stakeholders, including private sector, development agencies, government authorities, NGOs and social enterprises, in sub-sectors relevant to livelihood engagement e.g. microfinance, employment, entrepreneurship, private sector development, local economic development, micro-finance, poverty reduction, agriculture, livestock, vocational and technical education and training, etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Work with the top and mid-level leadership in building industry association partnerships \xe2\x97\x8f Help in project planning. Work with Project Manager towards defining the project processes, strategies of successful implementation and reporting framework \xe2\x97\x8f Designing and developing SoPs and project modules to ensure flawless execution of the project \xe2\x97\x8f Coordination with the non-profit partners and social enterprises for project implementation \xe2\x97\x8f Overall monitoring of the project \xe2\x97\x8f Filling the gaps in implementation process \xe2\x97\x8f Documentation and Client Reporting \xe2\x97\x8f Liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the project Qualification and Experience \xe2\x97\x8f 0-1 years of work experience in consulting, CSR project management preferably in non-skilling livelihood projects domain in a corporate environment or in social enterprise along with a PG diploma/degree \xe2\x97\x8f Solid experience in one or more of the following areas: relevant strategic planning, livelihoods market analysis, value chain development, socio-economic assessment and wealth ranking, and M&E. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong problem-solving skills, agility, and speed \xe2\x97\x8f Should have proven experience of working in complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, partners etc \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to demonstrate ownership, and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely-knit team (showcasing patience, tenacity and grace under pressure) \xe2\x97\x8f Should have experience in primary and secondary research \xe2\x97\x8f Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in concise communication, making presentations and data analysis \xe2\x97\x8f Highly effective interpersonal skills \xe2\x97\x8f Should have proficiency in making presentation and data analysis and financial/budgetary analysis expertise and intermediate data analysis skills (Excel) Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9200,000.00 - 9350,000.00 per year Schedule:
