We\'re seeking a future team member for the role ofPortfolio Administration Analystto join our Credit Riskteam. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID. In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: Supporting credit underwriter for all submitted underwriting packages. Obtaining required information requirements related to the underwriting (i.e., exposure summaries, Rating Agency reports, Transaction detail, syndication memorandum, financial information, and all other pertinent counterparty information). Set up all necessary internal identification (ie. CIDs) and assure that risk hierarchy structure is aligned accurately. Complete and forward all Administrative Questionnaires. Ensure that Credit Loan Administration has all necessary execution documents upon closing of a transaction/amendment. Follow up as necessary to ensure timely receipt of documents. Monitor and remediate, if needed, Counterparty and facility level data (i.e., officer number, org. code, collateral codes, purpose codes, and other facility flag designations). Verify accuracy of data in all credit risk reporting systems. Check/monitor internal limit system (AIMS) for commitment reductions/increases. Request and monitor cancellation of facilities. Resolve AIMS limits exceeded or past due fee issues through interaction with other areas of the bank or in direct communication with the customer. Obtain all financial statements and compliance certificates forward all financial statements to be spread. Process, file and track receipt of covenant compliance, financial statements and borrowing base certificates. Monitor collateral as necessary and manage correction of shortfalls. Monitor collateral as necessary and manage correction of shortfalls. Liaise with internal and external legal counsel as necessary to assist with the preparation of new and renewal loan documentation. Collection and verification of conditions precedent documentation. Monitoring and escalate to lenders SLC activity (pricing, renewal), overdrafts, limit excess and as offered exposure (no approved credit limit in place). Monitor fee collection process, as needed. Coordinate and assist credit risk officers in data requests from internal risk reporting, finance (external reporting), Regulatory Reporting (14Q Y9C reports) and internal and external auditors. Other key responsibilities Assist in UAT testing, as needed. SharePoint site maintenance - monitoring/set-up/assigned legal documentation correctly to counterparties. LAR Chase Item remediation (Legal documentation repository) HCI File updates/Potential Rating Outlier reporting - monitor and support. Shared Drive Manual updates - monitoring counterparty folders, data stored properly. SAM/GAMO forms processing of approved access to shared drive and applications (access/submit/confirm) To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following: Bachelor\'s degree in commerce/Postgraduate in Finance/MBA (Finance).
