We\'re seeking a future team member for the role Associate, Control II to join our Investment Managementteam. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID. In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: Monitors overdrafts for all account types and regulations, including Regulation O and Regulation W to ensure WM and BNYM remain compliant with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Identifies, analyzes, monitors, and completes control testing, control and risk education,and operational and risk support activities to the business. Tests control systems and communicates the successful and efficient performance ofcontrol and business recovery procedures. Accumulates and reports various forms of Audit and Compliance review data to Senior Management each month to keep them apprised of review status, report ratings, passed due action plans, and potential negative trends. Monitor the receipt of and responses to weekly Audit status updates. Additionally, monitor the status of action plans recently coming due. Proactively works with Internal Audit to identify employees with exceptions included in Audit reports. Quarterly reporting is developed and provided to Senior Management for consideration as part of the noted employees\' performance management assessments. Track and follow up on any temporary exceptions granted on behalf of WM Control to ensure completion. Completes surveillance routines on various Wealth Management functions. Expert in Microsoft Office capabilities, mainly Excel. Risk-based reporting, analysis and meeting tight deadlines, sometimes regulatory-driven. No direct reports Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Supports moderately complex projects. To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required3-5years of total work experience preferred.
