We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Supervision and Surveillance Analyst to join our Markets Control team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID. EMEA shift - 2 to 10:30 PM IST In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: The candidate will have opportunity to be involved in multiple workstreams and projects of Markets Control team. Candidate will be involved in developing tactical controls, using python. Application support: Candidate will provide application support for eBAC tool [business acceptance committee]. Candidate will contribute to surveillance and supervision activities and controls for all regions. To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following: Knowledge on Python, as it will be utilized to build codes which will reduce manual process. Investment banking experience, strong understanding of a wide range of financial instruments would be advantageous. Trade Surveillance and supervision experience will be an add on. Proven investigative skills and an analytical mindset are essential. Good understanding of product life cycle and regulatory environment. Oral and written communication skills and the ability to understand policies and process assigned tasks in accordance with procedures.
