Job Description

Position Summary

This position is located within the Analytics and Business Intelligence group, which provides actionable and advanced reporting & BI reporting solutions to support MetLife Business operations and strategy. The incumbent would work as part of this team to support the projects in traditional BI tools.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Understanding of SQL and relational database structure to write complex SQL queries
• Coordinate with cross functional teams for identified issues/risks to bring them to closure
• Conduct production support activities to ensure analytics availability with 100% accuracy & timeliness

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education

• 
  Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education

Experience

• Total experience of 2-4 years

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

• 
  Hands on experience in SQL, MS Excel
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively

  Manager for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support as well as associate development.
