SERVICE CATALOG MANAGER
Key Responsibilities :
- The Service Catalog Manager has an end-to-end responsibility for Service Master Data Management in the IT Service Catalog.
- Manage and maintain the service master data in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and other systems.
- Responsible for service requests related to the Service Catalog
- Database Admin/Analyst with 1-2 years of experience
- Oracle/SQL - Database knowledge
- Precise way of working and high-quality claim
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-orientation
- Team player
- Ability to work independently and globally.
