Job Location - Bengaluru

Job title: Associate Consultant
Team - DnA
Reports to: Sr. Manager, DnA

We are looking for an experienced Associate Consultant with a passion for solving complex business problems using data and analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programmatic advertising and strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark. The ideal candidate should have experience with cloud based databases and running and maintaining complex queries on large scale data. As a lead on our analytics product and solutions, the successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to drive insights and actionable recommendations to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of analytics products and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and provide data-driven insights
• Analyse large and complex data sets to extract valuable insights and develop recommendations
• Develop, maintain, and execute complex SQL scripts to extract, transform and load data
• Use Python and PySpark to develop custom data processing scripts and workflows
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in programmatic advertising and data analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) and at least 3 years of experience in delivering analytics solutions or building analytics products
• Proven experience in SQL, Python, and PySpark
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to tackle complex problems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in leading projects and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and digital marketing landscape is a plus
• Experience in spring management tools a plus
