Citrix and AVD 1. Knowledge of XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix Storefront, SQL Server, VMWare, Windows, AD, GPO, Citrix Policies, Citrix Receiver, End point devices2. Experience as Citrix systems administrator providing 24/7 operational support for AVD, XenDesktop & XenApp production environments.3. Manage XenApp 7.1 XenDesktop and AVD production environments4. Installing / publishing applications in XenApp production environments5. Farm and Servers Reports / Maintenance6. Experience working interactively with business customers and resolving day to day XenApp & XenDesktop related issues.7. Knowledge on patching and working with vendors like Microsoft, VMware and Citrix.8. Manage AVD hostpools9. Manage and support Azure WVD Clusters HA systems10. Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions for Azure11. WVD based production configuration12. Have good knowledge of Azure WVD publishing applications web server load balancing13. Attending and Supporting to all BAU [Business as usual] calls on Windows, VMware, Azure and Citrix14. Documentation end-user workstation for troubleshooting tips and maintenance procedures for help desk15. Coordinating with application teams and vendors while maintenance. 16. Preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls and SOP S. (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
