Create/ Modify/ Delete Batch jobs Create/Modify/ Delete Calendars Create/ Modify/ Delete dependencies Migrate jobs from development to production environments Able to solve the abends which PCA team cannot and able to escalate to the next level. Should be able to go to the root of the problem. Co-ordinate with developers to fix the job for future. Create New jobs/Applications for developer. Resolve non critical abends during daytime. Handle On calls for critical abends out of business hours on rotation basis. Implementing new projects for client as per their request. Resolve conflicts in batch. Introduce Automation. Attend Client meetings. Attend Sev1 & Sev2 tickets. Write RCA when needed. Participate in the client Release. Participate in DR Activities. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
