Role & RESPONSIBILTY: Technology Strategy - Enterprise Architect
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Candidate should have key understanding on technology, IT and governance aspects from Enterprise Architecture perspective
Candidate should have understanding on assessing the current state of IT application landscape and recommendations for future roadmap based on business and IT strategy
Exposure to any industry recognized EA frameworks e.g. TOGAF, DODAF Must
Good working knowledge of one or more of the following: Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Security Architecture, Microservices architecture, SoA, API architecture and technology Architecture
Good knowledge of technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience
Understanding of the \'technology stack\' from infrastructure through business logic and applications
Knowledge of and passion for technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration, 5G, IoT
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture tools such as Alfabet, Mega, ArchiMate and Troux
Experience on design/ assessment of enterprise architecture aligned to business requirements
Ability to translate between technical and business language and concepts
Ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies
Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Oversee the production and implementation of solutions covering multiple cloud technologies, associated Infrastructure / application architecture, development, and operating models
Help clients design, architect and scale their journey to new technology-driven growth at the intersection of business and technology
Help clients modernize their IT landscape and processes to adapt to latest technology trends for key sectors including BFSI, IT/ ITeS, Retail and others
Assist to integrate large-scale systems involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms
Help solve key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a &;ldquo;to-be&;rdquo; enterprise environment
Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes

Bring the technology strategy practice to life to achieve sales and commercial opportunities in a collaborative ecosystem and follow through with support for cost-effective high-quality execution.

Leads the client lifecycle from initial contact through delivery.
Manages client expectations and client satisfaction. Acts as an advisor and partner to the client.
Works with the client to minimize delivery disruptions and effectively manages client urgencies.
