(Posting). This role is responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow. Troubleshoots problems and issues and looks for ways to improve applications. Familiar with a variety of healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Requires 6 or more year s development experience primarily creating new interfaces or applications in a hospital or medical related industry.Responsible for the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow modules Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on the tool Expertise on mobile app development using ServiceNow mobile studio Guides a team on developers/testers in their day to day activities Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow required Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests Expertise level programming skills Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow. System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP Strong communication and interpersonal skillsRESPONSIBILITIES:Designs, develops, tests, implements, and maintains solutions with minimal, to no, direction.Performs source code/versioning management function adhering to technical management guidelines.Leads and coordinates code/peer reviews of multi-facility or application focused development work to insure it aligns to the business and technical requirements.Provides administrative, application development, and unit testing for medium to large complex projects (and support issues) or functional areas of larger projects or programs.Provides application development services for support and projects that align to the software development life cycles, organizational governance policies, and industry best practices.Collaborates with application and project team(s) to define design and unit testing scenarios and scripts in alignment with business and system requirements.Leads cross functional application development activities to achieve project objectives.Contribute to and maintain a thorough understanding of application development standards, policies, and procedures.Ensures application development deliverables are completed on a time, budget, and quality.Researches and recommends appropriate application development best practices, and tools.Develops and applies business knowledge in multiple functional areas.Demonstrates strong leadership through team motivation, coaching, mentoring, and delegating (1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders (2.) To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced (3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning (4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administratorsorteam members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.)
