The Opportunity
As a key member of the PMO team, you will work closely with a Business Unit at Sattva to drive change through data. You will collaborate with various teams and influence stakeholders, instill behaviour change and solve complex scaling problems with utmost urgency. The team’s operations are largely entrepreneurial in nature and require a high degree of innovation and agile decision-making.

In addition to this, the following will be your key responsibilities:

• 
  Data management including overseeing the collection, maintenance and governance of data, and ensuring optimal automation, compliance and consistency of data as defined at the organisation level for all projects in the Business Unit
• 
  Data reporting and analysis through creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards and other tools to generate actionable insights to inform the leadership and enable data-based decisions
• 
  Business planning including engaging with stakeholders proactively through predictable delivery to enable decisions, and assisting and coordinating with teams to facilitate profit and loss budgeting
• 
  Documentation of learnings to feed into business strategy, through creation of a feedback loop and change request process for process improvement and efficiency
• 
  Develop systems and processes to manage profitability and quality of execution of projects, streamline various operational rhythms and eliminate operational inefficiencies within the Business Unit
• Support the adoption of various technological systems within the Business Unit, managing bottlenecks and coordinating with multiple teams
• Project management at scale through regular monitoring and governance with project teams Who we are looking for
  • 2-4 years of work experience in project management experience at the organisational level
  • 
    A very strong handle on Microsoft excel/google sheets and data analytics skills
  • 
    Passionate about driving organisational change and impact
  • 
    Solution centric and strong problem-solving skills
  • 
    Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management
  • 
    Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
