Citrix Profile JD

- Expert on multiple versions of Citrix and strong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface /NetScaler

- Installation/Configuration/Managing XenApp/XenDesktop Farm (version 5.0, 6.5, 7.x)

- Must have an extensive working experience with Citrix Provisioning Services.

- Must have experience in Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS)

- Publishing Applications via Citrix Studio

- Advanced Knowledge and work Experience on Citrix MCS

- Advanced Knowledge and work Experience on StoreFront

- Good Exposure with Director

- Day to day handling Citrix Server Issues/Citrix User Issues

- Farm and Servers Reports/Maintenance

- Proficient in granular level of monitoring and management skills in identifying potential issues proactively on core Citrix infrastructure.

Exposure on Citrix licensing

- Maintenance of all the Citrix Server Farm

- Profile Management

- VDI Knowledge and hands on experience

- Good understanding of OS standards of Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019)

- Working experience on Azure Cloud.

- Competent and demonstrated experience in ITIL processes: Incident, Problem and Change Management

Responsibilities :-
- Adhering to SLAs
- ITIL Processes awareness and adhering to
- Reporting to the Track Lead / Team Lead
- Helping team members in case of Issues/Technical Problems
- Handling tickets / requests
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Ensuring that the processes are adhered to
- Understanding of Multi-geo support environment
- Responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration
- Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
- Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment
- Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction
- Implementing new technologies and design changes
- Implementing Backup/Restoration Strategy for 24x7 operation support
- Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
- Assist in implementation of Data centre consolidation
- Perform H/W & performance monitoring and implement recommendations
- Day-to-Day reporting tasks
- Vendor co-ordination & followup

(1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
