Job Title: Associate Cloud Operations Engineer Locations: Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore Reports to : Manager, Cloud Operations. A quick snapshot A Conga Cloud Operations Engineer will design, automate, and manage highly available and scalable cloud applications that allow development teams to deploy and run their services. The role will automate deployments and manage these applications on the cloud (AWS/Azure). Why it\'s a big deal At Conga, we are looking to build the next-generation, jaw-dropping Revenue Cloud Platform and the Cloud Operations Engineer plays a vital role to make sure applications and infrastructure are able to meet the demands of Conga\'s ever-growing customer base. You\'ll collaborate with other senior cloud operations specialists and team members to accompany in the designing, creation and implementation of the cloud-based software into other operations. Are you the person we\'re looking for Related Experience. W orking on one or more public cloud platforms is a must. This role will be a part of the Cloud Operations team and will require a strong knowledge of application monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, automation, and system & service reliability improvements. You should have strong proficiency in IaaS components, such as VMs, virtual networks, and storage services. In addition, you will be required to maintain backups and snapshots of resources. Engineering and Architecture. Work closely with these teams to develop systems that focus on scalability, high-performance and security. Build end-to-end documentation to ensure visibility, and resiliency throughout the system. Cloud Environment. You should have 1-3 years of experience designing, deploying, and operating mid to large scale cloud environments. Working knowledge with Jenkins, GitHub, JIRA tools, experience managing container-based workloads, using Kubernetes or other orchestration software and highly proficient with Unix/Linux operating systems. Should be able to write queries for and troubleshoot/tune databases e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. Here\'s What Will Give You An Edge Tools and certifications. Expertise with infrastructure/configuration management systems such as Ansible, Chef, Terraform, Puppet, etc. Resourceful & Collaborative. Willingness to work rotational shifts . Let\'s face it- our customers are in various time zones, so we need to support them. Our analysts can-if needed-be scheduled on rotational shifts and take turns carrying papers. Willingness and flexibility to work and support 24x7x365 Production Operations.
