Our team helps bridge the relationship between leadership and employees at PwC through Human Resources solutions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll handle issues on operation management, strategic partnership, employee relations and emergency responding.

Qualification: Masters in Human Resources Management

\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with the Business team to help drive HC strategies.
\xe2\x97\x8f Active involvement in the performance appraisal process for the LOS.
\xe2\x97\x8f Driving relevant HC processes in line with the QMS guidelines.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with the teams on some of the Assurance HC projects to drive the
required results.
\xe2\x97\x8f Drive functional and cross-functional initiatives.
\xe2\x97\x8f Monthly MIS/reporting as per the internal guidelines.
\xe2\x97\x8f Active involvement in the Total rewards exercise.
\xe2\x97\x8f Keeping a record of different communication & trackers which are aligned as
per QMS guidelines.
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing initiatives on organizational development and change management
that impact location/SBUs.
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinating with peers from other locations to work on common projects, as
and when required.
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinating with HC Shared Services teams for various inputs, relating to the
employee life cycle.
\xe2\x97\x8f Updating the cost tracker with all changes in cases of joiners, exits, transfers
and confirmations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Thorough understanding of Human Capital policies and processes for 100%
closure of HC queries.
\xe2\x97\x8f Building a strong connect with internal stakeholders through constant and high
levels of engagement.
\xe2\x97\x8f Adopting a proactive approach towards appropriate planning and prioritisation
of tasks.
\xe2\x97\x8f Deep understanding of the business and should be able to keep updated on

the competitive landscape.
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinating with the recruitment team to maintain necessary dashboards.
\xe2\x97\x8f Will be expected to gather market intelligence and deepen his/her
understanding of business and industry.
