growth and fashion democratization. We are looking for an Associate who will be a good fit to the team
and instrumental in driving the growth of Women\'s Western Wear.
Roles & Responsibilities\xef\x82\xb7 Increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage relationships with brand partners and establish Myntra as the preferred destination for
customers as well as brand partners.
\xef\x82\xb7 Scaling the brands on the platform with continuous work across selection, catalogue, marketing
etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify white spaces in the portfolio and onboard/develop potential brands to fill the gap
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage On App Category visibility planning
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze data and reports from various sources, Responsible for creating and maintaining,
consolidating various reports
\xef\x82\xb7 Operational excellence - Candidate should have prior experience or enough knowledge to
manage day to day operational issues effectively related to cataloging, pricing, merchandising
and discount monitoring.
\xef\x82\xb7 Stay updated on industry trends and market competitions in Western wear profile.Qualifications & Experience\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate should have 2+ Years of experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Preferred from Fashion e-com or retail background
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in Advance Excel
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Hands on experience with analyzing data and making forecasts.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analytical and critical thinker
\xef\x82\xb7 Takes complete end-to-end ownership of the task
