Job Description

Require an enthusiastic senior associate with around 7-12 years of experience in supporting customers across multiple regions.

He/She should have the zeal to learn new things and adapt to changes with ease.

Required Skills ( Must have)

General

Diversified experience in Product Support of complex products and business applications Experience in customer interactions / Escalation handling / Stakeholder Management Understanding of product life cycle and implementation strategies Willing to operate in flexible hours to suit customer / business needs Experience in Building customer relationships by communicating the value of Support Services in order to build long-term trust.

Experience in Risk management to identify the factors and potential impacts to influence enhanced decision-making and improve effectiveness. Provide coaching and guidance to team to enhance team technical/functional skills Allign to the values, priorities and culture of the organization Carry a positive and a growth mindset Assertive communication skills Knowledge of Incident Management ,change, and release process

Technical- Must Have

Category Management

Performance Engineering Skills (Both Application and Database)

Expertise in PL\SQL- Query, Procedure,ETL (Both Oracle & SQL desired) Knowledge of .Net (ASP.Net , MVC & MVP design patterns)

Scripting knowledge (Batch & Shell)

Experience on Multi-tier architecture

Experience in application sizing, system integration and architecture design

Desired Skills

Next Gen Technologies

Hands on experience on Azure/AWS cloud technologies (AZ304 or equalant) AI/ML

Awareness with Understanding of Machine Learning- develop algorithms, data evaluation and visualization,statistics and probability 2-3 years experience of Object Oriented

Programming Hands on experience on Python scripting Understanding on the Native SaaS features- Continuous integration, Containerization, DevOps

Nice to Have

Prior working knowledge in Supply Chain Domain and / or Retail domain Cognos reporting ITIL certification
