About This Position:

The Card Acquisitions Direct Mail Marketing Strategy Junior Associate will contribute to new account growth targets by overseeing the execution of Direct Mail campaigns. This position sits within the Marketing Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group

Responsibilities:

This key member of the team will act as a key owner of the Card Direct Mail acquisition strategy for a segment of the Chase Cards business. This includes being a subject matter expert for the channel, developing capability requirements, creating marketing campaign plans, maintaining a robust test & learn agenda, driving response rate improvements and understanding targeting models. The successful candidate will collaborate with business unit counterparts to establish new Direct Mail account acquisition goals and plans to achieve them, while maintaining reporting on channel performance and individual test results. This key member of the team will also stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and bring innovative, new ideas to the team..

Qualifications: * 1+ years of relevant applied analytics experience; credit card/financial services experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in a field of high analytical rigor preferred
• Excellent project and time management capabilities
• Strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
• Experience either working for or with agencies preferred
• Data analysis skillset with experience using data querying & manipulation tools such as SQL, Python or R
• Outstanding written communication skills
• Astute customer service orientation and previous partner management experience preferred
