The Card Acquisitions Marketing Analytics Jinior Associate will contribute to new account growth targets by overseeing the execution of initiatives to improve the efficacy of Chase Direct Mail campaigns. This position sits within the Marketing Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group

Responsibilities:

This key member of the team will act as a key owner of efforts to improve the efficacy of the Card Direct Mail acquisition strategy. This includes being a subject matter expert for the channel, building & maintaining new reporting capabilities, ensuring compliance with business control requirements and expanding the reach of the channel. The successful candidate will collaborate with counterparts to help build more predictability in Direct Mail acquisition relative to goals, while maintaining reporting on channel performance and individual test results. This key member of the team will also stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and bring innovative, new ideas to the team

Qualifications: * 4+ years of relevant applied analytics experience; credit card/financial services experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a field of high analytical rigor preferred
  • Excellent project and time management capabilities
  • Experience building, updating & manipulating data visualizations with tools such as Tableau, Snowflake or SSRS strongly preferred
  • Data analysis skillset with experience using data querying & manipulation tools such as SQL, Python or R
  • Outstanding written communication skills
