Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace. Position Overview: Boeing India is currently looking for an Associate Campus Recruiter to join their team in Bangalore, India. Boeing\xe2\x80\x99s operations within India are rapidly growing and we are delivering a number of key programmes of work. As part of this growth our University Recruiting activity is increasing and we are continuously seeking high potential talent to join our business. The Campus Recruiter works closely with the Campus Recruiting Lead as well as with the relevant business stakeholders to deliver requirements. There is the opportunity to work as part of the Global University Recruiting team, as well as with the Talent Acquisition team and HR to align the approach to the broader business and HR function. Position Responsibilities: Employer brand and attraction
  • Support university relations/campus engagement. This includes supporting in organising and attending attendance at career fairs and on campus events
  • Support in the briefing of individuals representing Boeing at events as to their role, key messages and how to answer the type of questions most commonly asked
  • Support in preparing marketing collateral \xe2\x80\x93 exhibition stands, brochures, giveaways
  • To identify effective sourcing channels \xe2\x80\x93 i.e. LinkedIn, and build our employer brand reputation via the relevant channels.
Demand planning
  • Support the Campus Recruiting Lead in working with Leaders, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition partners to determine demand as part of the annual cycle.
Recruitment
  • Work in partnership with TCS to ensure a seamless hiring process
  • Support a consistent and fair assessment & selection process to ensure fulfilment of diversity targets and identify the strongest university talent
  • Support with and co-ordination of Hiring Events on Campus.
  • On boarding of new Early Career hires including keep warm schedule of activity
Stakeholder & Project Management
  • Support relevant business stakeholders with their future talent pipelines.
  • Working with the Global University Recruiting (GUR) team
  • Working on GUR projects
Programme Management
  • Partnering with HR and GUR team mates to design and execute the Intern Programme.
  • Ensuring relevant policy and guidance is regularly reviewed an updated
  • Co-ordinating Intern to Graduate conversion process
MI
  • Producing/coordinating MI reporting
  • Identifying areas for continuous improvement

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with typically 2 to 5 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 1 to 4 years\' related work experience)
Knowledge
  • Understanding of full talent -cycle (Demand planning-Attraction-Sourcing-Assessment & Selection-On-boarding-Development-Progression/Exit strategies)
  • Managing Campus recruitment
  • Working across multi-functional and cross collaboration teams
  • Effective senior stakeholder management
Skills
  • Project/programme management
  • Proactive in approach, thinks ahead to and anticipates future challenges/issues
  • Communicates with authority, with the ability to negotiate and influence others
  • Strong, flexible senior stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Presents, explains and interprets information accurately, clearly and in an appropriate way up to senior leadership level.
  • IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and outlook
  • Social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
  • Agile working - commute and travel to Boeing offices regularly
Typical Education & Experience:
  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 to 4 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 1 to 4 years\' related work experience).
