The Associate is a key member of the Capacity - Global Immigration & Mobility Team to support in coordinating all mobility cases including compliance, systems, and operation. Support will be Global and not limited to Regional. Your Impact: Process/Operations:

  • Operate and maintain the Quality standards set by Manager through checklists, eligibility matrix, SOP/BOK;
  • Support Managers and Sr Associates to facilitate business operations for temporary and permanent international transfers to all regions that Sapient operates;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to process domestic relocations including company-based and personal relocations to ensure all compliance requirements are met, including immigration and tax;
  • Work collaboratively with the Groupe\xe2\x80\x99s Global Mobility team on case initiations, coordination, and end-stages;
  • Track and maintain work permit expirations to ensure the continuous legal status of employees;
  • Provide inputs to internal teams and support/lead implementation plan for process improvements and system automation;
  • Support the timely dispatch of information to stakeholders for status updates, program initiatives, and process changes;
  • Creating and maintaining policies for permanent and temporary international transfers for all Sapient regions to provide clarity and transparency to our employees and stakeholders;
Planning:
  • Prepare reports for various process tracks for data analysis;
  • Prepare reports for global employee system data changes that may impact mobility status;
  • Provide reports to internal teams to ensure that timely updates to planning teams and other stakeholders for decision-making, tracking, and operational efficiency are functioning optimally.
Audits and Compliance:
  • Operate and maintain mechanisms to enforce/track compliance for local/regional/global immigration regulations;
  • Support internal audits teams in gathering data, preparing reports, and providing timely feedback for external audits;
  • Operate and maintain systems to ensure compliance documents are properly initiated, tracked, maintained, and securely stored.
Vendor Management:
  • Collaborate with vendors/Groupe\xe2\x80\x99s Resources team to monitor SLAs and adherence to agreements;
  • Oversee vendor invoices and work with appropriate teams for payments and closure.
Team Management
  • Conduct internal training for team members to ensure processes are followed and SLAs met;
  • Conduct training to stakeholders on processes and systems to ensure systems are used in accordance with the intended use.
Future Responsibilities may adjust as policy shifts or based on business demands.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship development skills.

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required.
  • Minimum of 1-6 years of work experience as an immigration specialist or paralegal supporting immigration filings in a law firm or corporate setting.

  • Program/Project/Process Management skills & experience.
  • Very strong MS Office skills.
