Associate Business Analyst

About The Role Exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Business Analyst to join our CSD in India. The Associate Business Analyst who are passionate about customer interactions, understand and help in the implementation of business requirements. At HANSEN they will learn the methods and practice for the way of working needed in project/product assignments. S/he would need to learn the way and the process of software development and implementation, thus staying familiar with the wider aspects of systems/products.

About You You\xe2\x80\x99re someone who has knowledge/ experience:

• Software Engineering Fundamentals
• Basics knowledge of programming language.
• Understanding of Databases.
• Good to have Software Security Standards (SSL, HTTPS) knowledge. Basic Networking understanding and protocols

EDUCATION: BE \xe2\x80\x93 IT/Computer Science background Preferred. You\xe2\x80\x99re someone who (may) have:

• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Good Team Player
• Interpersonal Communication (Both verbal and written)
• Documentation skills
• Should be able to work with minimum supervision and update management on progress post training.
• Strong people skills are needed such as teamwork, proactiveness and positive attitude. Understanding of multi-cultural, multi-party working environment and Go-getter attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to understand business requirements.
• Provide pre-sales support where required.
• Aid testers in the development of test cases and results review.
• Conducts gap analysis between current and to-be states; identifies gaps and defines and documents requirements to close gaps.
• Participates in the design of the application\xe2\x80\x99s functional model and system architecture.
• Reviews quality assurance deliverables during the acceptance phase.
