About profile – IT Cloud and Infrastructure Operations As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Technology solutions team in global IT Cloud and Infrastructure Operations team in Micron Technology. You will be responsible to work with product owners, Architects, and developers to understand business and technical requirements and transform as user stories. This will also give them an opportunity to work with multiple business teams and architects across Micron. Roles & responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

• Work in collaboration with Product Owner ( PO) to transform user and customer needs into prioritized Product Backlog
• Maintain and update Product backlog based on PO feedback.
• Ensure that requirements are light weight and written in User story format that needs to be groomed and can be implemented within the sprint cycle.
• Ensure the Definition of Ready ( DOR)
• Drive project team meetings.
• Work closely with Stakeholders
• Knowledge in how to write user stories in ADO/ Jira tools
• Knowledge in Agile and Scrum process
• Knowledge in creating Power point presentations , Dashboards and News letters

Other Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong Communication skills
• Flexible to learn and work new technologies.
• Able to communicate with customers over the video/voice/email/chat
• Basic networking concepts and OSI model

Education Requirement & eligibility:

• Bachelor's Engineering Degree with specialization in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related fields.
