About the Department

Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management Business plan towards 2020. The Business plan has three parts: Robust, Ready, Effective and Supply Chain Global Service Centre (GSC) is the part of last one focusing business through offshoring.

The Position
As Associate Business Analyst, you will be understanding Novo Nordisk business priorities and Supply Chain Strategy, including strategy execution (Local and Global) and ability to adapt into local set up and to be part of International Operations (IO) initiative and projects. You need to play key role in implementing solution to affiliate with 100% responsibility for the task assigned. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Capture insights from supply markets & translate into business development opportunities while maintaining customer focus. Build Commercial customer relationship and performance management.
  • Operational and tactical demand planning and handle forecast modelling. Excel in Inventory management and supply planning with product supply.
  • Customer order management, including business rule management, order entry etc. Drive warehousing management including 3PL relationship and performance management.
  • You will be responsible for conducting weekly/bi-weekly/monthly calls with stakeholders where you need to provide updates on KPI\'s, process updates and challenges, process improvements and utilizations for yours and assigned regions. Ensure to keep the data transparent.
  • Process optimization, continuous process improvement & building standards, continuous learning. Give/receive regular and constructive feedback.
Qualifications
  • Preferable Master (Minimum Bachelor) in Supply Chain management, Finance, Business Management, (or equivalent) with 6+ years of experience within Supply Chain Management function from a larger international organisation.
  • High interest in working with advanced IT systems (SAP BW, Visual Basics, MS Access etc).
  • Long distance and task transfer experience are required.
  • Experience in working with SAP or Business Warehouse.
  • Experience and flair for working with Excel, Power Point and Access.
  • Preferable experience from the pharmaceutical industry.
