About the Department

Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.

The Position

As an Investor Relation Analyst, you will be involved working on financial statement and investor presentation for the senior management, analysing IR insights, Quarterly package for investor road show and work on any Adhoc analysis as per the business needs.

Key responsibility:

  • Responsible for financial analysis and reporting, market data analysis and working closely with the senior management and HQ stakeholders.
  • Engage in various activities like driving continuous improvement of financial reporting processes across department, ensure all the business and process updates are shared within team, proactively pursue to increase own business understanding of Novo Nordisk and the pharmaceutical industry/other and share the same across FP&A department.
  • The investor relations team is responsible for communicating with investors and stakeholders about the company\'s financial performance, growth prospects, and other relevant information. They also ensure that the company\'s financial reporting is accurate, timely, and transparent.
  • Guide the company\'s management team on how to effectively communicate with investors and stakeholders. They also provide insights into how investors are reacting to the company\'s performance and how management can address any concerns.
  • Maintaining transparency and building trust with Novo Nordisk\'s investors and stakeholders. By providing timely and accurate information, building strong relationships, and supporting the company\'s management team, the investor relations team to ensure the company\'s long-term success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master\'s in finance stream.
  • Minimum 3 plus years of experience in finance vertical working along with Leadership / Senior Management team.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English.
  • Good Presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. (Excel and Power Point expertise must)
  • Working knowledge of VBA, Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Power BI or any similar tools would be an added advantage.
