About the Department

Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan towards 2020. The Business plan has three parts; Robust, Ready, Effective and Supply Chain Global Service Centre (GSC) is part of the last one focusing business through offshoring. The unit is anchored under Supply Chain in Head Quarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk. The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form and other areas within Product Supply can soon join or add to the Catalogue to optimise costs and reduce complexity by operating an effective supply chain.

The Position

As a Associate Business Analyst, you are expected to demonstrate the variety of roles that the organisation expects the position to fulfil.

  • Provide end to end reporting within supply chain.
  • Performance supply chain diagnostics and analytics.
  • Optimize reporting of KPI\'s and Data in general in supply chain domain using Excel and Power-point.
  • Provide Adhoc analytical support to enable key decision within supply chain.
  • Support project related to future use of analytics.
Qualifications

We ideally expect you to hold a Preferable Master (minimum Bachelor) within finance, supply chain management, logistics from a well-recognised institute. Good academic track record and grades.
  • 4 year of experience within Reporting within Supply Chain and/or pharma.
  • Ability to analyse and process the data and advanced knowledge on Microsoft office/VBA.
  • Preferable good understanding of supply chain concepts (Stock outs, Supply chain modelling, transportation, Inventory).
  • Basic Knowledge of business intelligence tool packs such (Alteryx, Tableau, SAP BI).
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
  • Basic user of Alteryx and Tableau.
  • Experience with SAP MM, ECC, APO is preferred.
  • Experience SAP Scripting.
  • Experience in conducting meetings with peers including preparation and facilitation of meetings.
  • Excellent communication skill in English both written and oral.
