About the Department

Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.

The Position

As a Associate Business Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for Responsible for P2P tasks including Procurement Controls, reporting\xe2\x80\x99s, discrepancy management, follow ups as well as support to affiliates. Review, facilitate issue resolution, monitor back-up support and training. Identity compliance issues & drive for remediation. Identify areas for improvement and implement the same in Finance Processes. Meet all the defined KPIs and individual targets defined at process level and individual level.

The overall goal is to fulfil targets set up by the Manager and GBS Finance Management jointly.

  • Responsible for the Procure to Pay activities. Ensure on time publishing of various operational reports to affiliates globally. Ensure Procurement controls are performed & reviewed as per the agreed workday with stakeholders. The candidate should have good skills on presentation, developing dashboards, advanced excel knowledge etc.
  • Ensure P2P controls are performed & reviewed as per the agreed workday with stakeholders. Maintain/Develop management dash boards, presentations, metric reporting\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Drive process standardization by identifying areas of improvement in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation for the controls performed & be able to demonstrate by facilitating requirements arising during GIA/Local audits.
  • Cross collaborates with various other departments within Finance GBS to drive efficiency, process improvements, automation and so on.
  • Identify tasks/deliverables which can automated or digitalized. Challenge nonstandard processes and act as an SME to demonstrate and deploy best in class process.
Qualifications

Should have completed a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a reputed university and have 6-7 years of experience and complete hands on with P2P value chain from a leading organisation.
  • In depth knowledge on Procure to Pay process.
  • Highly skilled on MS-power point, excel.
  • Good understanding on visualization platforms (Ex: Power BI & so on).
  • High level understanding on Procurement value chain (Source to Pay).
  • Problem solving, Quality mindset.
  • Ability to navigate and build relations in large organizations.
  • Good communication & presentation skills.
