As we execute on our Enterprise Cloud Service Infrastructure and Operations \xe2\x80\x98cloud\xe2\x80\x99 strategy, we are looking for an Associate Billing Specialist
to join the Global Service Engagement Platform (GSEP and eGSEP)

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze billing data to identify billing issues and trends.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and work with other departments to resolve issues.
• Recommend process improvements to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and service providers.
• Generate and distribute billing reports, statements, and invoices.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and complete billing records and documentation.
• Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting and billing principles and practices
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze billing data and identify trends and issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
• Experience with billing software and systems is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a billing or accounting role or in a similar industry is a plus, neat and legible manner
• Must possess the ability to examine and verify financial documents and report

Basic Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION

Typical Education & Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree and typically 5 to 8 Years related work experience or a Master\'s degree with typically 4 to 7 Year\'s related work experience
