Job Description
Responsibilities and DutiesCandidate should have exposure on corporate transactional work and should have excellent drafting skills. Must be conversant with corporate laws. Would be responsible for independently dealing with the clients, drafting of contracts, handling compliance registrations, follow up at respective departments and works related to it etc.
