Escrow Management:
Coordinating with Banks and handling escrow account opening process for high value borrowers of Tata Capital where Escrow is mandated by Credit.
Ensuring smooth EMI Collections & other linked transaction processing and its accounting on a day-to day basis for the said mode.
Timely delivery, Accuracy & success of the periodic MIS
Assisted in process improvement throughout the tenure of work
OTC Management:
Ensuring accounting of collection through different modes (NACH, AD, ECS,PDC) in the Core LMS
Data maintenance and analysis of discrepancies from accounting purview.
Lead the team for incorporating the existing Re-presentation banking process in our in-house System.
Understanding and assisting for adjoining banking process for Process automation
Educational Qualification: B.Com/ M com
Desired Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Banking and Ops process.
Specialized job competencies: -
Knowledge of operational process for Escrow and Collection
Other desired attributes:
Good Communication skill
Issue resolution approach with Deep dive with analytical skill.
Solution oriented with positive approach.
Good in people management skill and stress management.
