- Study of mould drawing
- Clean machine daily
- To carry out mould manufacturing activity.
- Carry out modification if required.
- If any problem is found any machine inform to maintenance & PPC T/R.
- Mark the identification of every manufacture mould parts.
- Follow JH activity.
- 1S & 2S must be implemented.
- To check air pressure oil level, lubrication in every shift.
- Day today updation of job card.
- To carry out job responsibilities allocated in their area.
- Ensure dockets & records are maintained.
- To handle with care on instruments
