You will join our ERP Solutions department
As our new Associate Analyst- ERP Support you will be part the providing maintenance and support for different integrated ERP applications in Ramboll Gurgaon office. ERP Solutions is responsible for maintenance/Implementation and support ERP applications (Maconomy, Vendor and Travel & Expense Management System) and expanding. We are a global team spread across different time zones. You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support for end users and help in resolving their queries.
Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities Will Be
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support for ERP, Vendor invoice management, Travel and Expense Management users globally.
  • Supporting the preparation of our local roll outs with regards to master data management, data conversions, providing user access rights in various systems etc.
  • 1st and 2nd level incident management in relation to incidents that local super user coordinators and IT service desks cannot deal with and supporting the Global ERP solution.
  • Communication in relation to operation and maintenance of business applications to local business application responsible and local service desks (IT)
  • Release Management activities and reporting.
  • Maintenance of End-User Documentation and assistance to quality assurance of our deployment process.
  • Dispatching Incidents in Incident Management tool ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot and test the system for various scenarios for new releases.
  • Create and maintain end-user documentation for system updates and release notes
  • Create knowledge base articles for frequent issues related issues occurring frequently.
  • Optimize the workflow and the solution.
  • Keep the tickets up to date and adhere to defined SLA by supporting end users and business needs.
  • Need to engage with stakeholders to understand the requirements and evaluate the feasibility.

  • Overall, 2-4 years of IT experience in an international firm.
  • B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.tech. in CS or IT or MCA with at least 60% Marks.
  • Experience in handling L1, L2 ERP Application Maintenance.
  • Systematic and possess a structured work style with an innovative and problem-solving approach to your tasks.
  • Interest in and flair for working with systems and data are high. knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 or willingness to acquire deep knowledge - of Maconomy (ERP), Vendor Invoice Management System, Travel and Expense Management System, Inhouse developed tool.
  • Experience with other ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc) is also relevant.
  • Experience with Incident Management tools like Service Now.
  • Should be able to communicate clearly with various stakeholders, on different technical levels, as well as with developers and integration Analysts.
  • Good listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English.
  • Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business.
  • Knowledge on Agile/Scrum/ITIL will be added advantage
  • Must have good understanding of Support process and ITIL framework.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders, on different technical levels, as well as with developer and integrations consultants.

  • Good to have hands on experience with Microsoft Excel/ Power Point
  • Exposure to complex database queries SQL/ XML/ Oracle
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Listening ability and proactive.
  • Critical thinking, complex problem solving and Troubleshooting skills would be needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, and able to work independently.
