Job Summary: The \'Associate Analyst - Collateral Production\' is responsible for setting up new signage collateral items. Works with team to leverage enterprise capabilities in setting up signage to facilitate reset project execution and item replenishment. This role manages signage collateral item onboarding execution, troubleshooting/error resolution, and maintains awareness of all business activities, such as product line review portfolios, to drive a consistent level of business readiness. This role will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to all Lowe\'s internal stakeholders and will be held accountable to exceptional customer service ratings. Core Responsibilities Primarily responsible for signage collateral item Setup and Maintenance for lifecycle management Partners with SSC - B (Bangalore) and SSC - M (Mooresville, US) teams Assists with troubleshooting. Disciplined approaches to data policies, data quality, data management and business processes Owns the communication and progress updates on signage collateral item assignment and activation tasks and provide best internal experience. Partners with the right teams for any issues needing resolution. Responsible for initial and ongoing data quality for signage collateral items throughout the Lowe\'s catalog Years of Experience 0-2 Year Experience Education Qualification & Certification Bachelor\'s Degree Primary Skills (must have) Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience working across cross functional teams. Moderate to Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Applications Understanding of customer experience, listening to customer\'s voice and work backwards to improve business process and operations. Passionate about building best-in-class customer experiences. Strong attention to detail and problem solving. Secondary Skills (desired) . Retail Experience
