Job Description
Associate Advocate - 5 years + experience
- 5 -7 years experience mainly in Drafting and Pleading of District Courts/High Court / Supreme Court and must be able to handle all kind of cases.
- Must be Law graduate from a reputed Law College and having Membership of Bar Council along with certificate to practise.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent Drafting skills and Should be able draft on his own
- Candidate who has prepared for Judiciary will have additional weightage.
- Candidate must know procedure of E-filing in various courts and Govt. Departments, Online Payment of Stamp duty and Court fees.
