Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are hiring an Associate Advocate (Male) for Ghaziabad location.
- Must be having good knowledge of all types of drafting works like complaints, legal notices, suits/plaints, W.S., bail matters etc.
- All types of Court works and also some drafting works like police complaints, legal notices, plaints, research works, etc. for Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, DRT, CAT, matters, etc
- Besides this, he must be having knowledge of litigation and drafting works in Delhi district courts, Delhi High Court & Supreme Court.
- The Candidate has complete knowledge of E-filing court cases on the e-filing portals.
- He must be sincere, responsible, punctual, sharp-minded, and have good communication skills in English as well as good knowledge of basic computers and research works.
- Minimum Five years of experience in drafting & Litigation works & having experience from manufacturing industry will be preferred first.
- The candidates having at least 3 years experienced after registration of Bar Council should be mandatory and he may also clear the AIBE, for this post.
