Job Summary:

The Associate - Academics will support and strengthen teaching quality for Pre-KG to Class 5 by observing classroom practices, mentoring teachers, and ensuring strong pedagogical standards. The role requires leadership qualities, empathy, and effective communication to guide teachers and enhance student learning outcomes.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a school environment Strong leadership and classroom command Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam In-depth knowledge of pedagogy and teaching methodologies Empathetic, supportive, and student-centered approach Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to guide, motivate, and mentor teachers

Key Responsibilities:

Observe classroom teaching sessions of teachers Evaluate teaching methods and classroom management practices Identify areas where teachers may need academic or pedagogical support Provide constructive feedback and guidance to teachers Support teachers in improving teaching effectiveness and learning outcomes Collaborate with academic leadership to maintain teaching standards Foster a positive and supportive teaching environment
