Location : #L1 Hybrid

• Support Engineering projects/activities for Mac service in Digital Workplace Services, Unified Endpoint Management
• Strong technical contribution for Digital Workplace Services primarily focused on MacBooks including Jamf Cloud and Intune expertise
• Provide guidance and technical expertise for critical incidents/operational issues for the BAU support.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Act as primary point of accountability for the Mac service globally in Novartis.
• Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies
• Ensure the overall user experience when designing/deploying new solutions
• Working knowledge on Macbooks with device management solutions such as JAMF Cloud and Microsoft Intune
• Working knowledge on Cloud services as SaaS
• Ability to build services from pre-qualified to qualified environment
• Ability to Collaborate with security architecture and presenting the solutions and ensure solutions pass through Penetration testing etc.
• Ability to adopt DevOps & SRE methodologies
• Support the delivery of Proof of Concepts (PoC\xe2\x80\x99s) and Proof of Value (PoV)

Minimum requirements

• macOS Client Platform Engineer with at least 8+ years of experience, who is passionate about solving complex business challenges, to design and deploy scalable, secure solutions in the Apple Mac technology.
• 5+ years of experience supporting macOS infrastructure, Jamf Cloud, Intune and other tools for automation for provisioning, monitoring, and managing the environment.
• Certification in Jamf Pro is desirable.
• Strong experience in Infrastructure engineering related to Unified Endpoint Management.
