Title: Assoc Analyst, Automation

Location: Bangalore

Your Role

Implement automation solutions (RPA, Chatbot, IDP), from requirements gathering, and process documentation, to developing, testing, and deploying solutions.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

• Develop code adhering to solution design and architecture, quality standards, and best practices
• Provide support during feature and release testing for quality assurance.
• Monitor performance of deployed automation solutions to ensure reliability.
• Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team.
• Research emerging technologies related to Automation development.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring

• 1-3 years of coding experience with either JavaScript, C#, Python, .NET (Preferred) Experience developing RPA or Chatbots is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Excellent logical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Academic Record or Strong Related Internship/Co-Op/Enterprise Work Experience
• Demonstrate passion in RPA methodologies and innovative technologies.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. MBA or MS a plus
• 1+ years of experience in Information Systems, experience in multiple areas of IT.
